SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
All orders are handled within 2-3 business days after they are received. Orders are not processed or dispatched between Friday, 12 p.m. EST, through Sunday, or on holidays. Shipments can be a few days late if we are dealing with a high volume of orders. We will alert you if there is a significant delay with your shipment. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
We make every attempt to authenticate the shipping address entered at checkout so that the USPS recognizes it as a genuine address. If we are unable to authenticate the address, we will attempt to contact the consumer to obtain an updated address. If we are unable to modify the address, we will cancel and refund the order. If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and we are unable to locate the package, CutieChé will not be held responsible.
CutieChé is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Return & Exchange Policy
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging. Unfortunately, due to safety and hygiene concerns, we are unable to accept any used goods.
After we receive and inspect the condition of your item, we will notify you via email if your return has been accepted or denied. If accepted, please give us at least 7 days from the time your item is received to process your return. We will send you an email after your return has been processed.
We don't provide an exchange service. Simply send back your purchase(s) and place a new order for a different item.
Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
